June saw Peaks doing something that seemed so far from the current trend it was off the charts. Sitting behind a desk studying. As rounds one and two have been sat, Peaks decided that it is only right to sit level III. So the 2rd of June saw him sitting in Lima next to one other Peruvian chap writing his CFA exam. This was a huge contrast to the 3 full aircraft hangers expected in London. Despite the books only arriving one week before sitting date due to some dodgy Peruvian custom handling, we’ll hold thumbs that all turns out ok.
So after the

hard work it was back to play and a bit of travelling. The first stop was

the highest, largest fresh water mass on earth, Lake Titicaca. On the mirror like Lake, Peaks destination was the “Isle de Sol”. We soon found out why it was named this. The sunset provides two magnificent pictures. To the west the lake, terraced hills and quiet fishing harbours provide and very tranquil sight, while as the sun chases the ever vanishing horizon the

purples, pinks and pastels seen to the east over the snow capped Andes, will imprint images on your memory never to be forgotten.
